The Project Team for the Chain Works District project submitted the Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement (DGEIS) to the City of Ithaca Planning Board as the Lead Agency on January 5, 2016.  On March 8, 2016, the DGEIS was deemed Adequate by the Lead Agency.

PUBLIC HEARING PRESENTATION
