Approval Process (GEIS)

The Project Team for the Chain Works District project submitted the Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement (DGEIS) to the City of Ithaca Planning Board as the Lead Agency on January 5, 2016.  On March 8, 2016, the DGEIS was deemed Adequate by the Lead Agency.

A Public Hearing was held on March 29th at Cinemapolis movie theater on Green Street in downtown Ithaca. Here is the presentation from that session: CWD DGEIS Public Hearing FINAL 03-29-2016 A video recording of the entire public hearing will be available shortly.
