The Distillery District – Toronto
Restoration of 47 buildings known as the Gooderham & Worts Distillery into an internationally acclaimed village of one-of-a-kind stores, shops, galleries, studios, restaurants, cafes, theatres and more.
Conversion of former meat facilities into restaurants, bars and boutiques plus a restoration of a rail line into public space.
MASS MoCA – Museum of Contemporary Art
MASS MoCA is housed on a restored 19th century factory campus. 25 buildings on 13 acres. About half the covered square footage has been restored.
The Navy Yard – Philadelphia
1,200 acre business campus with more than
143 companies occupying more than 6.5 million square feet of office, industrial/
manufacturing, and research and development space.
Urban Outfitters Headquarters – Philadelphia Navy Yard

D.I.R.T Studio on the Chain Works Team helped to restore Urban Outfitters headquarters after they purchased 4 buildings and leased a 5th in an abandoned ship yard.
Gaslamp Quarter – San Diego
The Gaslamp Quarter has been restored into a premier shopping, dining and entertainment district. With over 200 restaurants, bars, nightclubs and lounges, and boutiques, galleries and shops to peruse.
Gas Works Park – Seattle

Gas Works Park is a 20 acre point on Lake Union that was restored from a coal and oil plant to a park with shelters, grills, children’s areas and open space.

Domino Sugar Factory – Brooklyn
